Ceilidh Bands at Weddings

Once upon a time, you couldn't find a wedding that didn't have a Ceilidh Band for a gold old-fashioned Barn Dance. Nowadays, the trend may have died but there is still something to be said for hiring one of these bands for a brilliant night.

A good Ceilidh Band will set you back in the region of £800-1000 and to make life easy, we've put some links below to some that we really like and highly recommend.

Just remember that you'll need plenty of space so that the caller can do their thing. If you're on a budget, check out some 'Barn Dance Callers'. These guys and gals use backing tracks but still call the dance in the same way that a caller with a band would do!
